You will need... Topside Beef, Fresh Sage, 1 Onion, 1 Swede, 2 carrots, Green beans, Roast Potatoes, Parsnips and a lemon.
BEEF
1 Score the fat makes it crispy![]()
2 slice the beef (lengthways) and fold it open
3 lay fresh sage into beef, grate onion and lemon zest on top
4 roll and tie shut (coating with oil, salt and pepper)
5 Sear beef on all 4 sides (VERY QUICKLY)
6 whack it in the oven (usual time for roast beef rare 45mins ish)
7 When its cooked slice it into (inch thick) steaks
VEG
1 Boil Roast potatoes and parsnips (real food people not frozen) 10mins ish
2 put potatoes and parsnips in roasting dish with beef for 1/2 hr or till crispy
3 Boil Carrots and swede and mash
4 (this is the only time i'll say this) boil FROZEN green beans
